Dr. Alexandre (Sandy) Kedar holds a doctorate in Law from Harvard Law School and is a faculty member at the Law School at Haifa University in Israel.
His principal research focus is on legal geography, legal history, and land regimes in settler societies and in Israel.
He has co-edited a book on Israeli Legal History The History of Law in A Multi-Cultural Society: Israel 1917-1967 (Ashgate, 2002).
